The web will only work for you if you are absolutely clear what you want your site to do. A web presence is nothing if the purpose is unclear to either the visitor or the host. Information? A display window? A sales tool? A shop? Lead generation?

Our philosophy is that the site visitor's experience is paramount. We can add all sorts of bells and whistles, but we never do that just because we can. Whatever we do has to be relevant to the visitor's needs and not a barrier in the way. People only return to sites they have found usable and useful.
